AK Srikanth works across fiction, film, and performance.

Over the past fifteen years, he has created a body of stage work rooted in Indian classical arts. These productions have been presented internationally, with performances across fourteen countries.

In 2018, he turned to filmmaking, writing and directing short films screened at festivals in India and abroad, including Slow Rivers and Ghost of the Lighthouse. His work across mediums is marked by an attention to atmosphere, performance, and the interior movement of character.

He is a graduate from BITS Pilani and holds an MBA from the Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland.

He lives in the Nilgiris, India.
